Receptionist – Full-Time

🕒 Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

A busy and well-established accounting firm in Guelph is seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our team immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails

  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and front-desk operations

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties (filing, data entry, mail handling)

  • Provide support to accounting staff as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (preferred)

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Professional attitude and appearance

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office equipment

  • Knowledge of QuickBooks, basic bookkeeping, or tax preparation will be considered a strong asset

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday

  • 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

  • On-site in Guelph, Ontario
